Introducing our first programmable looper, the PROG-5, which has been designed to be straightforward and intuitive in use with no menus to dive into.

Built into a compact enclosure, the looper has five loops in series plus a CTL TRS 1/4” output for amp channel switching.  All signal switching is done with gold contact relays with a passive signal path.

There are eight presets over two banks (A&B) of four that can be quickly programmed using just the footswitches while in preset programming mode.

The CTL output can be used to switch amp channels on amps that take latching channel TRS switching, or effect pedal control like on the Boss JB-2, or in switching remote loopers such as the Bright Onion Pedals Dual Remote Looper.

The CTL out has internal switches for setting the LED polarity if needed, plus a ground lift switch to avoid possible ground loops with amp switching.

The pedal is built with:

  • Hammond aluminium enclosure
  • Neutrik plug sockets
  • Heavy duty soft touch footswitches
  • Gold contact relay switching
  • Five set order loops in series
  • CTL TRS 1/4” output
  • 2.1mm 9v-18v centre negative DC Socket (200mA)

PROG-5 dimensions:
133x101x61mm

The other side of one of the giants of the Victorian era.
Format: Paperback
Thomas Hardy is my favorite novelist who has ever lived. I preface the review of this poetry anthology - which includes every one of the 900+ poems he wrote throughout his life, from the 1860s to just before his death in 1928 - in this way because I’m a bit biased. Hardy’s poetry is technically satisfying and nearly as moving as his novels, and you can tell that the same precision he brought to prose is on full display in his verse. I’m working my way through every single poem in this collection, and thus far my favorites are “The Convergence of the Twain” and “After the Last Breath.” There are other poets whose works I like better (Dickinson, Yeats, Wordsworth, and Whitman come to mind), but as an amateur Hardy scholar, reading this collection is positively invaluable to understand the full depth of his genius, and as always Wordsworth Classics delivers in terms of a quality paperback that should withstand years of enjoyment. I own many of their releases and have yet to find one that even slightly disappoints.

I was happy to discover Merwin's poetry.
Format: Paperback
Great collection of some of Merwin's early poetry. There's a mystical mysterious feel too a lot of his writing, which I like.
